Connor is FIVE! March is such a crazy birthday month. Anna's birthday is on the 1st, Grace on the 12th, and Connor on the 22nd. At least they're pretty evenly spaced. So Grace was only 10 days old on Connor's birthday, but luckily we were able to pull together a decent birthday celebration. Unfortunately, I don't have very many pictures, but I do have a few.
My kids are pretty easy to please when it comes to cake. I'm the one always trying to get them to choose something more elaborate, but they like to stick with basic round cakes. Makes my job easier!
We got Connor a new bike for his birthday. He's been riding the balance bike for a couple years now, but he's really outgrown it, so we knew it was time for a big boy bike. After a few minutes, he totally had the hang of it! No training wheels! Man, those balance bikes are awesome. Now he rides all around the neighborhood and can start and stop himself too. Hooray!
Connor is sweet boy and is getting so grown up! He's starting to read a little bit and he loves to play sports. He also loves to draw and color and is very creative in his drawings. Connor is also really sweet with Grace. He is always concerned with her well being and is happy to get her anything she needs. I am so grateful for him!
And look at those big blue eyes and that handsome smile - who couldn't love him??
