Multnomah Falls

Last Saturday, we crossed the last do-able item off our "Portland Bucket List" and saw the famous Multnomah Falls. To be honest, it's not really all that exciting. It's a big tourist attraction, but compared to some of the other things we've been able to do here in Oregon, it didn't live up to the hype. BUT, we were glad we went and saw it. It's about an hour drive from where we live and the falls are right off the freeway. You can hike up higher, which we did, but the falls are still not even loud enough to drown out the sound of the cars rushing by.  Looking at the falls is quite the scene though. The boys thought it was cool to see the big waterfall though and it was a good opportunity for some photos.

At this point, our battery died (oops for not charging it), so we were glad we got some before that happened! Here are a couple more from my phone.

It was a fun morning excursion.
