I don't have any pictures, but we really had a nice weekend. Friday night we went down to BYU for the Choral Showcase. It was so weird being in the audience for a concert, something I hadn't done in over 5 years. But it was amazing! You really understand how good they are when you've been away from it for a little while. So we got to hear all the choirs including Concert Choir, which my little sis Heidi is in! She played the keyboard on one of the songs and she did a fabulous job. It was so fun to see her and all my old friends from Singers. We stayed for quite awhile afterward talking to everyone and then we went to Red Robin with Heidi and her friend Michael. (Who by the way, we like very much). :) We had a great time laughing and talking and enjoying our chicken strips and fries. YUM!
Then on Saturday I went to the Relief Society Broadcast which of course was wonderful. Our stake also had a "light dinner" before so that was fun and I got to know one of the ladies in my ward a lot better. I came home and Jeremy confessed that he watched it on KBYU too! Cheater. But it was fun to talk about it together. I loved President Uchtdorf's story about the differences in cooking between he and his wife.
Then on Sunday, we started Christmas music in our ward choir! It went pretty well. I have chosen 3 songs for the whole choir, then one for the just the men and one for just the women, so 5 total. I'm probably crazy, because most of the people in choir aren't very experienced, but I think we'll be able to pull it off. We have a couple more months. Then last night we went down to Orem to Jeremy's Aunt Deana's house for a dinner celebrating Jon's birthday on Wednesday. (Jeremy's bro). She made Indonesian food and it was quite delicious, as is everything she cooks. Jeremy and I made a carrot cake and it turned out great!
All in all, we had a great weekend. We're excited for Conference this weekend. We're going up to Idaho Falls to hang out with my sis Amy and her family at her in-law's house. It should be fun! More updates to come later...

That was such a great broadcast! I can't wait for conference either, we hope you guys have tons of fun in Idaho Falls.
I love it that Jeremy watched the broadcast on KBYU because I could totally see Jared doing that if we had KBYU! We wish we could've been at Jon's celebration with everyone, can't wait until Thanksgiving!
